About K-Cubed Tutoring

My teaching journey began in my home country during my own student years and developed into professional work within international school settings across multiple regions. I have over a decade of experience working in an IB World School in Muscat, Oman, in roles including Learning Support Teacher, where I provided individualized and small-group instruction primarily in Mathematics and English. I hold a Master’s degree in Education and have completed specialised professional development in mathematics education, including training with Jo Boaler, which has strongly influenced my instructional approach.

At the core of my teaching practice is careful analysis of each learner’s needs, strengths, and learning barriers. I design personalized learning plans that focus on conceptual understanding rather than rote procedures, with a particular emphasis on reducing mathematics anxiety and replacing fear with confidence and curiosity. My goal is to help students experience mathematics as meaningful, accessible, and enjoyable. Now based in Dubai, I work as a full-time private tutor, supporting students across the UAE, Oman, and the United States through long-standing referrals and word of mouth.

To keep up with this growth, Ambreen brought together a small team of tutors who shared her values — patience, structure, and a deep commitment to student success. This team has now been working together for over three years, continuing to expand as more students join from around the world.
